Established in 2015, DR Hydrotech's Hydraulics Division was founded to bridge the gap in the Indian market for reliable, high-precision hydraulic solutions. Recognising the growing demand for international-grade products, we invested in world-class facilities dedicated to the manufacture and validation of power take-offs (PTOs) and hydraulic gear pumps.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing setup is supported by a high-precision hydraulic test rig infrastructure, enabling us to test every pump under simulated real-world operating conditions. Some of the features of our in house test rig are:

• Highly precise and calibrated instruments of European make
• Flow parameters are controlled using SCADA
• Latest Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
• Pump parameters like flow rate, temperature, pressure, noise and vibrations controlled and captured using supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)
• Capable of testing all types of vane, piston and gear pumps
• In-built sensors

Each product undergoes stringent functional and performance testing before dispatch, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance with global standards. This robust validation process enables DR Hydrotech to deliver export-ready hydraulic solutions trusted by OEM and aftermarket customers across the US, Middle East, and international markets.
